Last Updated: 02/13/2026

These Terms & Conditions govern estimates, service proposals, invoices, annexures, and services performed by Green’s Roofing & Handy Services (“Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

All services are performed pursuant to a written Service Proposal & Work Authorization incorporating Annexure A – General Service Terms & Conditions. Acceptance of a Service Proposal constitutes agreement to those governing terms.

This website summary is provided for informational purposes. The signed Service Proposal and incorporated Annexure A control in the event of any conflict.

1. Estimates & Scope of Work

Labor estimates are valid for sixty (60) days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.

Unless specifically noted, proposals reflect labor only. Materials are not included unless identified in writing.

Pricing applies only to the specific Scope of Work described in the written proposal. Changes in scope, site conditions, or additional requested work may result in price adjustments.

Hidden or unforeseen conditions may require additional labor or materials and may increase project cost.

2. Payments

Deposits or progress payments may be required depending on project size and scheduling.

Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unpaid balances may accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% annually), or the maximum rate permitted by Tennessee law, whichever is lower.

3. Mechanic’s & Materialman’s Lien Rights

Green’s Roofing & Handy Services reserves all rights permitted under Tennessee law, including mechanic’s and materialman’s lien rights in the event of nonpayment.

4. Scheduling & Delays

Project timelines are estimates only and may change due to weather, safety considerations, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Workmanship Warranty

Workmanship is warranted for one (1) year from the completion date as reflected in the final invoice.

Warranty applies to workmanship only and is subject to the limitations described in the governing Service Proposal & Annexure A.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Tennessee law, liability for services performed is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

7. Dispute Resolution

The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation prior to formal legal proceedings.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
